These Terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who access or use the Service in any capacity.

2. Description of Service

Oryx Suite provides retail point-of-sale (POS) and billing software designed to help businesses manage sales, inventory, customers, and reporting. The Service may be delivered as a cloud-based application, an on-premise installation, or both, depending on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Plans and Fees

Oryx Suite offers multiple subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

4.2 Billing

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' advance notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Process fraudulent transactions or facilitate money laundering
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of Oryx Suite and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the business data you input into the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryx Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
